Terms & Conditions

1. The candidate can register through website or by personal membership forms available with facilitators. Candidate sending the application by post should send a self addressed cover with sufficient Postal stamp.

2. The candidate is entitled to use Keralalabour.org for a period of 5 years. He/She can also print the bio data as and when he/she wishes. All facilities are free.

3. Keralalabour.org does not guarantee employment by having a membership.

4. Remuneration and facilities for the employment will be dealt directly between the employer and the candidate. Keralalabour.org will not be in any way responsible for the negotiations and agreements between the employer and employee.

5. Keralalabour.org will be conducting/organizing classes/ workshops/ seminars. Members will be informed through e-mail or by channels of Keralalabour.org if the member is eligible for participation.

6. The employer as per their procedures will do their selection and Keralalabour.org is not responsible for it. Keralalabour.org provides information only to the subscribers.

3. The company is entitled to use databank services of Keralalabour.org for a period of 1 year.

4. Keralalabour.org will charge 5% of total annual remuneration offered for postings offering above Rs.3,00,000/- per annum from all categories of companies subscribed, in addition to the subscription fee and only when such requirements are requested to be serviced by Keralalabour.org.

5. Keralalabour.org does not guarantee suitable candidate by having a subscription.

6. Keralalabour.org will provide the company about available candidates along with their bio data in a phased manner through e-mail or by Area Facilitator/Regional Facilitator.

7. The company can subscribe through website or by company subscription forms available with Area Facilitator/ Regional Facilitator.

8. Remuneration and facilities for the employee will be dealt directly between the employer and the candidate. Keralalabour.org will not be in any way responsible for the negotiations and agreements between the employer and employee.

9. The company as per their procedures will do selection and Keralalabour.org is not responsible for it.

10. Keralalabour.org shall select and provide the required personnel after brief training if required for a prescribed fee on special request.

11. Companies are liable to intimate Keralalabour.org about the appointments / recruitments made by them when the subscription is in force.

12. The subscription fee is non refundable irrespective of the facilities utilised by the company.

13. Any company violating any of the above said clauses will loss the subscription and the right to disqualify any company at any time with out stating reasons but an intimation of termination by ordinary post lies with the authorities of Keralalabour.org
