Voice for the deprived plantation workers:As all are aware, the plantation workers are struggling with their lives due to the closure of plantations. The movement is working with the Social Service Departments of Vijayapuram & Neyyattinkara dioceses to solve or provide some welfare measures to them. We have formulated in association with all trade unions a Charter of Demands and submitted to the State Government. Also a memorandum was submitted to the Human Rights Commission of State of Kerala.

SNTU, a trade union for Construction Workers:The Movement has initiated a trade union for the construction workers. It is also recognized by the Welfare board to enroll the workers in the welfare schemes implemented by the state government. Now the union is functioning in 7 districts of Kerala.
